It's a Victory for the Paper Trail Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Paper Trail Blog Hop for the month of April. If you've come here from Lynne's blog, Field's Finery, you are right on the trail.  This month's featured paper is from the new Victory collection. With the rich hues of Bamboo, Barn Red, Chocolate, Outdoor Denim, Olive, and more and prints ranging from a diagonal plaid to camouflage, the collection has a variety of uses.

My Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge was calling me to make some fun containers with these papers. Whatever you need for clever packaging ideas, you can find it here and with the capability to make so very many sizes, the possibilities are endless!

The first project is a small french fry box filled with a little treat along with a collection of gift cards. It makes such a special thank you gift! Embellished with a cluster of buttons, a tag from the Tough Tags collection, and a stamped image, it is ready for presentation.

My next project says "Congratulations" with class! Using a doorhanger box, I simply filled it with a couple of tasty treats along with another gift card. I again added a stamped image and this time, added a chipboard star and classic pewter badge button. If you look closely, you may see that the star has been covered with liquid glass and adds another texture to the collage of embellishments. Anyone would love to receive such a special recognition gift!

Now hop on over to Amy's blog, Pineapple Paper Artist to check out her work and make sure you welcome her as the newest member of our blog hop!
