ProPlayer-Layout #2

I'm back as promised with the second of three layouts using the ProPlayer paper collection! As mentioned before, this paper packet, featuring deep colors of Black, Pacifica, Ruby and Slate, could easily be used to make the more masculine layouts needed. However, I like to look at the colors rather than the name of the paper packet or the coordinating complements, and make it work for whatever suits my fancy!

You may remember that I mentioned that all three of these layouts are made from the same pattern though they may be configured differently. If you compare this one with the first one  you will see that the left hand and right hand layouts were simply switched. Built on a base of Ruby cardstock, this layout has a completely different feel to it.

Again, I used more of the Midtown Cork Shapes and those fun little twist ties, this time letting them march down the side of the left layout on top of a zip strip from one of the patterned papers! They are accented by metal badge buttons from the ProPlayer assortment.  In addition, you can spot the twist ties lining the edges of the banner-shaped cork shape.

The cluster in the bottom right hand corner of the right layout showcases the same embellishments. It is simple to take the same collection of products and utilize them on all of the layouts completed using this paper packet. Try your hand at choosing a sampling of embellishments and creating your own clusters to give a polished look to your layouts!

Stop in again on Tuesday to check out the third ProPlayer layout and you'll be all set to create your own collection of pages! Enjoy!
